Coaching and training programs are for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific client or business outcomes.

Professional tax and accounting services may only be performed by licensed individuals (CPAs, Enrolled Agents, etc.).

3. Not Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

Today CFO is not a law firm, investment advisor, or brokerage.

Nothing on our site or in our tools constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice.

Any strategies should be reviewed with a licensed professional who understands your personal situation before implementation.

4. Privacy and Communications

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related and occasional marketing emails, texts, or calls. Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time, except for critical service notices.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our services shall not exceed the lesser of (i) the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) $500.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Today CFO, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or nonpayment. Upon termination, your right to access ceases immediately.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law.

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, except claims that qualify for small claims court. Arbitration may be conducted in person in Texas, or virtually if both parties agree. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

13. Guarantee Disclaimer (If Applicable)

If you participate in a Today CFO program or service that references a $10,000 Guarantee, the guarantee applies only under the specific terms and conditions outlined in the guarantee policy. Please refer to the written guarantee terms provided at enrollment.
